The Pastors of GOA Engineer, Rev Francis, and Pastor Loise Waithaka, had a vision of starting a prayer Center in Engineer area in Nyandarua County. They had a chance to meet with the Founder of GOA, Bishop David Munyiri Thagana, and started sharing with him their vision. At the the time, there was need to have a GOA branch around Engineer area. He implored them to consider being part of a new branch in line with GOA's church planing efforts, and in 2019 the GOA Engineer branch was opened, with Rev Francis and Loise Waithaka as the pastors.

GOA Engineer is a branch of GOA International. It is located in Engineer in Nyandarua county. Opened in 2019, the Pastors and leadership endeavor to preach the Word of God that will see lives transformed, and move people into a closer relationship with God.
